3D & Fabricated Letters

This is the specialised end of signage, the work most sign companies send away. We make it here: fabricated 3D letters with aluminium returns and acrylic faces, lit or unlit, built to glow after dark and stay sharp in daylight.

Router-cut logos and lettering in acrylic, aluminium and ACM come off our CNC precise to the millimetre, whether it’s one shopfront logo or a full national rollout.

We 3D print in-house as well, for the technical pieces and the shapes that can’t be cut flat. It means when a brief asks for something out of the ordinary, we’ve got another way to build it.

If it stands proud of the wall, we can make it. And because it’s cut, fabricated and finished under one roof, what you approve on the drawing is what goes up.

Fabricated letters are built up with aluminium returns and an acrylic face, so they sit proud of the wall and can be lit. CNC-cut letters are routed from a single sheet, flat and unlit.

Yes. We build both lit and unlit letters, with the wiring and light source built in at the fabrication stage so they arrive ready to install.

We do. It suits the more technical pieces and the shapes that don't come off a router bed cleanly. Send us the drawing and we'll tell you the best way to make it.

Yes. Making every letter in the one workshop is how a rollout stays consistent, so the last site matches the first. We've run national programs this way.
